Known for making wine approachable and fun, Matthew will lead a relaxed tasting experience pairing refreshing sparkling wines with bites from Missy Lane’s new spring menu
WHAT TO EXPECT MAY 16TH?
Starter: Collard Green Dip (with french bread) OR Sweet Potato Hushpuppies (drizzled with hot-honey butter)
Main: Black Eyed Pea Hummus (with honey roasted carrots, goat cheese and candied pistachios) OR Chicken and Brisket Slider (one of each, topped with pickled red onion and cucumber)
Dessert: Banana Pudding (with caramelized bananas, cookies truffles) OR Pound Cake (side of seasonal fruit and whipped cream)
