Each week, Destinations: A Culinary Tour transforms Missy Lane’s Assembly Room into a flavorful portal to a different place in the world—through food, music, and soulful storytelling. Curated by Chef A.S.H., this Wednesday night series invites guests on an intimate journey where global cuisine meets immersive sound.

This July, we travel to New Orleans.
From the heart of the French Quarter to the porches of the bayou, we’re dishing up bold Creole and Cajun flavors that define the Big Easy. Expect slow-simmered traditions, deep spices, and a rhythm that swings with every bite.

Musical guest Boobee sets the vibe starting at 7 PM, curating a soundscape that draws from the deep well of New Orleans music—jazz, soul, second line funk, and old-school bounce. The soundtrack matches the menu in flavor, spirit, and Southern swagger.

FEATURED MENU HIGHLIGHTS

  • Ms. Deirdre’s Gumbo – A rich, soulful stew of lobster, shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, and beef in dark roux.

  • Fried Alligator Bites – Crunchy bayou bites with Creole dipping sauce.

  • Butterfly Fried Shrimp – Cajun garlic honey-glazed Gulf shrimp.

  • Hot Honey Wings – Our house favorite with a fiery Southern twist.

  • Fried Okra, Red Beans & Rice, and Sweet Thangs like beignets and bourbon bread pudding round out the soulful experience.
